If you or your ISP uses a “challenge-response” spam filter(#), please add the address support@barebones.com to your spam filter’s “white list” to help ensure you’ll get our reply.

(#: Such a filter will send an automated “challenge” to any received message which requires the sending party to complete a web “response” form before it will allow the received message through.)
